Brewed in collaboration with the crew at Liquor Shed, this New England IPA is packed with over 700kgs of Australian Pink Grapefruit which we wild fermented with Brettanomyces on site contributing a stone fruit aroma. This farmhouse beer has a fresh citrus punch with a mild tart and bitter finish. Like us, Liquor Shed believe in supporting local so we put our heads together to make a complex style NEIPA made from fresh, local ingredients with a unique little funky twist.
Malt – Pale Malt, Cara-Pils, Wheat Malt, Rolled Oats
Hops – El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic
Adjuncts – Wild fermented Pink Grapefruit
Hop bitterness – Moderate (25 IBU)
