Rodeo 2025 Friday Night Hoedown

ID, comfortable shoes, something warm for the night, picnic rug for the grass if you want to sit. (there will be some tables for eating)

PICK UP - MARGS / COWIE BUS:

• 6.30pm - Charles West Ave, Margaret River
• 6.45pm - Hasluck Street, Cowaramup
• 7.00pm - Drop at Beerfarm
  

PICK UP - BUSSO / VASSE BUS:

• 6.10pm - 39 Albert Street, Busselton
• 6.25pm - Vasse Primary School Bus Lane
• 7.10pm - Drop at Beerfarm

PICK UP - DUNSBOROUGH / CARBUNUP BUS:

• 6.45pm - Seymour Blvd, Dunsborough
• 7.00pm - Carbunup General Store
• 7.10pm - Drop at Beerfarm

BUS FROM EVENT - All buses depart Beerfarm around 11.15pm

Please note that due to the size of this event, reception will be limited. Please make sure that you're well equipped for the day without the need of reception

Whilst we do love all of your puppers and other pet pals, for the safety and well-being of all attendees, non event animals are strictly prohibited on the event premises

Drugs are prohibited - there will be bag searches on entry into the event and any illicit drugs will be confiscated.

Is this a card or cash event? Both!

We will have card facilities at all bars, however some food and merch vendors may be cash only on the day - so ensure to bring some cash with you too.

Note: Not all vendors will be accepting cash, so make sure you have your card handy as well.

RODEO FAQ's

This year is free of charge. 

Leave your car at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

 As we have limited space available for Saturday parking, we recommend people carpool. Not only does this allow more space for other punters, but it's better for the environment.

As this is a 100% glass free event, we will have our reusable keep cups available. This is your cup to keep, and if you lose the cup, you will need to buy a new one.

If you don't want to fork out the $3, we understand! We will have plenty of can options at our bars.

We will be accepting 100% refunds until Wednesday 28th Jan. After this cut off date, tickets will need to be sold via Tixel - Metricup Rodeo Tixel Site

If you have a friend wanting to take over your ticket, name changes are not necessary. Unless the ticket is a concession or children's ticket.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. This includes the Kids Play area.
