Terms and Conditions: WIN a Big HAUL Win In-Store Promotion 

1. Promotion Period: This promotion commences on 19th February 2024 and closes at close of business on 30th April 2024.

2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to Western Australia and New South Wales residents only who are over the age of 18. Employees (and their immediate families) of Beerfarm, its related bodies corporate, participating stores, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Participating Stores: This promotion is valid only at participating off premise outlets in Western Australia and New South Wales. A list of participating stores can be found at www.beerfarm.com.au/winabighaul

4. Entry Method: To enter the promotion, customers must:

• Purchase any Beerfarm cube from a participating outlet within the promotion period and complete the Entry Form by scanning the QR code on of the the cans. Entrants must then complete all mandatory fields including uploading a picture of themselves holding the cube as proof of purchase. 

5. Prize: The prize is 1 x John Beer Cap $16 RRP $35, 1 x Mug $30 RRP $50, 1 x Pair of Socks $10 RRP $15, 1 x Bomber Jacket $64 $100, 1 x Tote Bag $17 RRP $35, 1 x Cube Lager RRP $54  and 1 x Cube IPL RRP $75. Total Prize pool is valued at.$364 RRP value. There will be one winner drawn per participating store, with a maximum of 30 winners. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for other goods or services.

6. Prize Draw: The prize draw will take place on 2nd May 2024 at 1pm AWST at 177 Gale Road, Metricup WA 6280. The first valid entry drawn per outlet will win the prize.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the first notification attempt, or if they are deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will take place.

8. Prize Claim: The winner’s prize pack will be posted to them within 30 days of being notified once postal information provided. 

9. Publicity: The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity across Beerfarm’s social media relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and image for promotional purposes. 

10. Limitation of Liability: Beerfarm and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) that is suffered or sustained (including personal injury) in connection with the promotion or claiming/using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
