Rodeo 2025 Weekender Pass Info

Weekender Pass

We look forward to hosting you over this cracker long weekend of Rodeo fun!

Please ensure you read through all event information below - especially Camping Information, to ensure you have the best time possible.

Cheers legends!

Important Camping Info

Arrival Time

You will be able to start bumping into the camping site from 2pm on Friday

Parking & Carpooling

As we have limited space available for Saturday parking, we recommend people carpool. Not only does this allow more space for other punters, but it's better for the environment.

If you have a group of pals (must be nice), please arrive at the same time. Camping spots will be allocated on arrival and we will not be able to hold spots for people arriving later.

NOTE: There will be a short walk between your car and the tent/swag campsite- as you cannot park your car in that particular camping area

Camping & Parking Valuables

Leave your car and tent/campervan/caravan etc at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

There is to be NO camping under trees under any circumstances.

There will be no tents/swags in the Campervan/Caravan/Rooftop Tent Section

No vehicles are allowed in the Tent/Swag section

NO OPEN FLAMES

Alcohol & Food

Campers are free to bring food and alcohol into the camping area, but will not be allowed in the general event areas.

There is a zero glass policy for this event, as our cattle roam these paddocks, so only bring tins.

Departure Times

The camp site needs to be fully vacated by 10am on Sunday. Make sure that you have given yourself enough time to recover from the night before, as Beerfarm takes zero responsibility for any incidents/accidents or anyone caught over the legal alcohol limit.

Sunday Trade

Our venue will be operating in its normal capacity on Sunday, so if you'd like to stick around for lunch, please make a booking.
